When you join Ideal Fitness, you are welcome to bring as many friends or family members to work out with you, for FREE, during the first 30 days of your membership. Bring a different friend each day or the same friend 30 days in a row.

WE'LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Each membership at Ideal Fitness includes two free orientations with one of our qualified and knowledgeable staff members. During the orientations we will show you how to use and adjust all of our equipment and answer any questions you may have. After this, the staff is always available to help you.
